Cats have always been the Internet's favorite animal. The context they're used in has never really mattered. If there's a minuscule idea about anything -- anything -- there's a cat for it. Even international diplomacy, turns out.
Harvard University student Tae Hu, a self-proclaimed fanatic of both cat memes and international relations , launched International Relations Depicted as Cats earlier this year. The Tumblr page is, yes, exactly what it sounds like.
